The top 10 things I miss about my mom....
1. The way she slapped her knees when she laughed.
2. The way she danced in front of the t.v.
3. Knowing that there were always peanut butter crackers in her work drawer.
4. Hearing her say..."I.G.G."
5. Getting so excited about going to the mall with her...because I knew we would get double doozie cookies.
6. Coming home from school on Mondays and knowing the house would be cleaned, the fridge stocked with new groceries, and dinner would be in the oven.
7. How giggly she got after one margarita...(That's where I get it from.)
8. Sitting on the side of the tub and talking for hours.
9. Our trips to Wet-n-wild every summer for my birthday.
10. Knowing that I never went to sleep without her tucking me in and saying, "Goodnight, I love you!" (A memory I hope Tyler will always have as well.)
13 years and it still feels like yesterday.
For those of you who never met my mom....you missed out.
She was one of a kind.
I love you mom.
