Like Father Like Son!!!

And people wonder where Tyler gets his looks.....

Buzz Cut!

The realization that Tyler was in desperate need of a hair cut....(a.k.a. - Lamar said his hair made his head look HUGE!)

The way to save money on a haircut that is going to inevitably grow out in a couple of weeks!
It tickled.......

The point when mommy gets sad because she realizes all her babies hair is GONE!
The best way to get a little boy cleaned off fast because he is "so scratchy!"

Domain Dillo

So we went to the Domain to hear our friend Clint play with his Jazz Trio. They were wonderful but Tyler was entertained for all of 2 minutes...so we played with the Armadillo and Butterfly chairs.

I love Mommy and T time!

Proud Mama Post

Time for Tyler to go back to Pre-School again.
He was really excited to go see his new "friends", even though only 2 of the kids in his class are from his class last year. He didn't care!  Everyone is his "friend"!  But his favorite part of going back to school was his new lunchbox.  He has been asking for his lunchbox everyday since I bought it......3 weeks ago!
This is Tyler's new "say cheese" face!

His new "first day" shirt. FLASH to the rescue!!!
Now what teacher wouldn't love to have this adorable face in their class?
Can we just say that my son is "too cool for school". I mean seriously, who is this tough guy?
I do have to brag on him just a bit. Even though Tyler is only 2 1/2, he is in the 3 year old class. And even though he is the SECOND YOUNGEST in his class...he is the ONLY ONE POTTY TRAINED!!!  Not only is he potty trained, he gets a sticker every time he goes in the potty, and he came home Tuesday with 5 stickers!!!  I am so proud of my big boy.

Well today when Lamar went to pick him up, Mrs. Lisa asked if she could speak to Lamar in the classroom for just a second.  (My thoughts.....UH OH! The last time we were asked to "be spoken to" or got a note home, it was because Tyler was being too aggressive, hitting and pulling hair!  Crap!)  BUT.....instead, Mrs. Lisa said, " I don't think we can send Tyler home with you today.  We love him too much and he is just too funny, so we are gonna have to keep him here with us."  YAY! His teachers love him.  But how could I blame them....I don't want to let him go either.

And just FYI: Tyler went to see Dr. B. Wednesday to get caught up on all his immunizations for school.  He did great. He cried more about having to leave before he finished his book than he did about the shot.  But we also got his new stats.

Height: 38 1/4 inches  (85%)
Weight: 31.8 pounds  (70%)

Where does this come from?
