Cowboy Day at Pre-School

Remember these? (August 2008)






Well my little cowboy is back. He had Cowboy Day at pre-school this week, and he was super excited to get all geared up. Thanks to MawMaw and PawPaw, Tyler had his new hat, boots and pearl-snap shirt from Christmas, to help him get ready for this "oh-so-important day".
***Sidenote - The picture that Tyler is carrying around is his cow that PawPaw got him for his 2nd Birthday. (This one is black with a orange tag in it's ear with a "2" on it.) Every birthday he gets a real cow, so that when he is ready for college, he can either start working the cattle or sell his herd for college money. It's pretty awesome. Well Tyler loves his cow and carries the picture around everywhere!!! So when "cowboy day" came up, he was stoked to get to take his cow to school with him. He carried it around ALL DAY saying, "look at my number 2". It was precious!

A fun filled Valentine's weekend.......busy......but fun.
The night of the 12th, our apartment complex hosted a party at a local kids gym (JW Tumbles), and the kids hair place next door (Pigtails and Crewcuts). Tyler really enjoyed the fun play time, and was so excited to have his hair be "ownge".





I had a blast celebrating Valentine's Day with my class too. We are such a silly bunch.

Then we met some friends the night of the 13th at Hula Hut to celebrate their engagement. Congrats Ricky and Kodikay! We didn't get to stay long, but we enjoyed our time while we were there.



Then we ended the night at Chad and Amber's, celebrating Chad's birthday. Tyler loves to spend time with our friends. They all make him feel so special and loved, and I adore them for that!





Then Saturday we celebrated Valentine's Day together. A day full of red sprinkle colored cinnoman rolls + presents for/from my loved ones + dinner on a palette + watching Horton Hears a Who = One Perfect Day of Love!!!
